Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. These timeframes exclude the 24-48 hour order processing period.

Power banks are classified as dangerous goods and may undergo customs inspections, which can sometimes cause delivery delays. If your order gets held at customs and cannot be cleared, Voltic will issue a full refund.

Address modifications are only possible before the order is processed for shipment. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout. If you realize an error immediately after ordering, contact support with your order number for possible updates.

First, contact your courier or local post office to investigate. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, provide Voltic with an official certificate of loss to receive further assistance.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, Voltic will send a replacement to ensure you receive a fully functional item.

Minor order modifications can be made within 15 minutes of purchase, but cancellations are not possible due to quick processing. Once the order ships, no changes can be made.
