Refund Policy
Please note - Items returned to the incorrect address/without contacting us prior, will be void of any resolution.
The Fine Print
Our policy lasts 50 days. If 50 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, then unfortunately we won't be able to handle a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. For the avoidance of doubt,please ensure everything is in working order before you consider returning your Product.
All items that originally came with the product must be returned, including packaging, casings, manuals etc...
Please be advised that all return requests are subject to approval.
In order for a return to be approved, make sure that below is equal to the product you return:
• The product should be in the same condition as when it was received.
• The product shall also be in their original containers with labels intact and protective stickers.
• The product is purchased directly from our website
Only partial refunds will be granted or refunds will be refused in certain situations:
• Goods that are not in their original condition or are damaged.
• Items that are missing parts for reasons beyond our control.
• Box is damaged or missing
Initiate a return
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
(1)- Contact us: Send an email to support@volticchargers.com with your order number and reason for return. If possible, attach clear photos and videos of any damage or problems.
(2)- Return authorization: Our customer service will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. Depending on the reason for the return, you may be asked to provide additional information or documentation.
(3)- Return with shipping: Send the product to the address provided at your own expense. Make sure the product is carefully packaged to avoid damage during transport. We kindly ask that you provide us with the return tracking number, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages during transit.
(4)- Inspection and processing: When we receive the returned product, we will inspect the condition and reason for the return. We will process your refund accordingly. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days as taken by the financial institutions.
Resends
If your parcel is returned to us, and a re-send is required (due to an incorrect address, or an issue which has been caused from the customer end) we will charge a re-send fee, to cover another postage label to your address.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3-5 days if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Customs Duties, Taxes, and Fees
Please be aware that when returning items, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees associated with the return. If the return package is stuck in customs, you must resolve the issue and cover additional costs. We will not be responsible for collecting packages stuck in customs or any associated fees.
