Estimated Delivery Times
Below are the estimated shipping times for each country. Please note that these timeframes are in business days and do not include order processing, which typically takes 24-48 hours. If you opt for our Skip The Queue service, your order will be prioritized for faster fulfillment.
United States: 3-5 business days
United Kingdom: 3-5 business days
Canada: 3-5 business days
Australia: 3-5 business days
New Zealand: 3-5 business days
Important Note on Power Banks
Since power banks are classified as dangerous goods, they may undergo customs inspections, which could occasionally lead to slight delivery delays. While this is uncommon, if your order is unexpectedly held and doesn’t clear customs, we will issue a full refund for your peace of mind.
Returns & Replacements
We are committed to delivering high-quality products. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will send a replacement to ensure you receive a fully functional product.
Important Things to Note
Ensuring a Smooth Delivery
To avoid any shipping issues, please make sure your delivery address is accurate and complete. Once your order has been processed for shipment, we are unable to modify the address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will reach out to correct the details. If you realize you've entered the wrong address, please email us immediately with your order number and the correct address, and we’ll update it for you.
If an order is flagged for a fraud check, processing may be delayed or, in some cases, canceled.
Unclaimed or Refused Packages
If a package is refused or left unclaimed despite multiple attempts to notify the customer, we will not be able to refund any costs associated with processing and shipping the order. We request both a phone number and an email address to keep you updated on your package status.
If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please first contact the courier or local post office to investigate. In cases where the shipping carrier confirms the package was lost in transit, you will need to obtain an official certificate of loss and provide it to us for further assistance.
Order Processing, Modifications & Cancellations
Once your order is placed, our team moves quickly to process and fulfill it. We allow minor modifications within the first 15 minutes after your order is submitted.
Due to the high volume of orders and our rapid processing system, cancellations are not possible after purchase. If you need to make any changes, our team will do their best to accommodate your request before the order is dispatched—but once it has been shipped, modifications can no longer be made.
To avoid any issues, please double-check your shipping address and product details, including color selection, before finalizing your order.
Shipping Times
Shipping times listed on our site are estimates when orders are shipped from our warehouses in respective countries. However, it may take more time to ship when we our warehouses are out of stock in respective countries then we ship from where our products are manufactured.
